Enterprise Sales Lead
London (Hybrid)
£80,000 + OTE

Sphere Digital Recruitment are partnering with a high-growth SaaS vendor who are scaling across the enterprise market. They're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to join their team and drive net new logo acquisition across complex sales cycles.

This is a pivotal role for a senior individual contributor who thrives in closing large enterprise deals, while also shaping sales strategies and mentoring others as the business continues to grow.

The Role

  • Own and deliver new enterprise sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets

  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across target accounts

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close

  • Champion structured sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management

  • Share best practice and contribute to training & development across the wider team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer success

You

  • 10+ years' success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within CX, MarTech or analytics

  • Strong track record of exceeding quota and securing enterprise logos

  • Experience in scale-up environments and international growth

  • Familiarity with AI-driven GTM processes

  • Ambition to step into leadership while continuing to deliver as a top IC
