Job summary

Atlassian is recruiting a Senior Enterprise AE to drive net-new logos across the DACH region from the UK, operating remotely. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and lead value-based conversations with senior buyers and engineers.

Help shape the UK/EMEA GTM and contribute to regional growth. We seek a strong track record in Enterprise SaaS, enterprise accounts, and a founder mindset for establishing the EMEA hub.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Enterprise SaaS to large organisations.
• Proven success closing net-new business in the DACH market.
• Ability to lead value-based conversations with technical and executive buyers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships across complex procurement cycles.
• Thrives as a founding Strategic AE member in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities across defined territories.
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Run proof of concepts, demos, and business-case discussions.
• Build a strong pipeline with disciplined forecasting.
• Champion buyers through complex evaluations and align product roadmap to buyers’ priorities.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and GTM plans.
• Support expanding our EMEA market
