A leading financial regulator in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager for the ERP Product Group. This role involves leading the technology roadmap for ERP platforms and managing a team of 25 professionals. Candidates must have experience in managing ERP tools and SaaS platforms, overseeing multi-million budgets, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 88100 to 120000 and London 96900 to 130000 per annum (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

At the heart of this transformation is the ERP Product Group which plays a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining the FCA’s core internal systems – Financial Human Capital Management IT Service & Operations Management Case & Workflow Management and Risk & Backlog Management. These platforms ensure the FCA operates with efficiency resilience and a data‑driven mindset.
As the ERP Product Group Manager you will lead the technology roadmap development and delivery of our ERP platforms. You’ll ensure these systems evolve through continuous improvement and deliver reliable service under a DevSecOps model. Your work will support our goal of being a world‑class data‑driven regulator.
