Job summary

Gravitee is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to orchestrate customer onboarding and Professional Services engagements from signature to go-live. You will ensure delivered work matches plans, and manage milestones, acceptance, and invoicing while coordinating engineers and partners.

Based in London with hybrid work, you will support customers across EMESA South, maintain a single source of truth for status, and drive scope control and on-time delivery in a fast-growing, global API

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in French
• 5+ years running enterprise software implementations in a vendor-side professional services, delivery or onboarding function
• Strong delivery ownership and portfolio management experience
• Experience directing people you do not line manage
• Comfort with milestone-based invoicing and change control processes

Responsibilities

• Translate the purchased package / SOW into a milestone plan with owners and dates
• Run onboarding and paid PS packages against a 180-day go-live target
• Drive milestone acceptance and invoicing while maintaining a single source of truth
• Manage scope and change control, pricing changes when needed
• Chase prerequisites and dependencies to avoid delivery slips
• Ensure certified staff availability and partner accountability
• Lead onboarding workshops and post-sales reviews with the Technical Account Manager
• Transition accounts to Account Managers at go-live with documented decisions and risks
• Forecast professional services, manage backlog and status reporting
• Advocate Gravitee values in customer interactions and delivery patterns
