Job summary

Planhat is seeking an Enterprise Deployment Strategist to own commercial outcomes across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers in London. You will drive expansion, measure impact, and align initiatives to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

You will analyze usage patterns and health signals, engaging senior stakeholders to inform product direction and drive long-term value across a fast-growing SaaS landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting or fast-growth startups.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of accountable outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving revenue or growth outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI and SaaS, with a winner’s mentality and ambitious drive.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial outcomes end to end for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Drive retention, renewal and expansion to maximize net revenue retention.
• Align account strategy to revenue expansion or operational efficiency and track progress.
• Identify expansion opportunities from usage, engagement signals, and health data.
