Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager for the EMEA region to guide enterprise customers from onboarding to activation, delivering complex multi-product launches and data integrations.

You will translate objectives into scalable configurations, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful post-launch handoff and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing projects, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Ideally 2 - 4 years' experience of implementing SaaS products with customers.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential.
• Experience with project management, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients as well as internal teams and key stakeholders in the business.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Drive time-to-first-value for enterprise customers by owning end-to-end delivery of complex implementations (e.g., multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO/SCIM).
• Translate customer objectives into scalable configuration and data design across HR systems and governance.
• Lead project planning, define milestones, risks, and dependencies; manage status cadences and ensure alignment with the Success Plan.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalations with cross-functional experts; maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate change management and enablement touchpoints with Customer Trainers and People Scientists.
• Partner with the Customer Success Manager for smooth post-implementation handoff and documentation of decisions.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer to inform product improvements and internal processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.
• Mentor peers and model senior-level communication and ownership on complex projects.
