Job summary

As a Senior Implementation Manager for the EMEA region, you will ensure customers integrate and realise value from Culture Amp’s platform quickly and confidently, guiding onboarding through activation within the customer’s activation window.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing projects, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Experience implementing SaaS products with customers (2–4 years).
• Fluency in English and German is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer objectives into scalable configuration and data design.
• Lead project planning, milestones, and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalations with Support, PS, Trainers, Product.
• Coordinate change management and enablement with Customer Trainers and People Scientists.
• Handoff to post-implementation with documentation of decisions and recommendations.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer to inform product improvements and processes.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and delivery standards to accelerate activation.
