Job summary

Heidi is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead hands-on, end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise NHS deployments. You will configure tenants, MFA, SSO integrations, and data flows, and own the implementation plan from discovery through go-live.

You’ll translate customer requirements into precise configuration work, coordinate with TPM and CSM, and ensure successful handover to BAU support. A strong emphasis on fast, accurate delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery focus for enterprise deployments.
• Configuring SSO, MFA, and identity provisioning.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and product teams on technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding of enterprise accounts.
• Configure tenant/workspace, user provisioning and seat structure.
• Deliver integration design, testing, and go-live activities.
• Translate customer needs into precise implementation requirements.
• Manage handover to BAU with clear acceptance criteria.
