Job summary

Take a Seat Tech is hiring an Implementation Manager to own deployments for healthcare clients across the UK, guiding projects from signature to go-live and adoption.

You will bridge customers with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams, manage plans, data and integrations, deliver training, and drive on-time launches.

This hybrid London-based role requires strong PM skills, healthcare domain understanding, and the ability to work independently as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, professional services, project management or customer delivery.
• Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of customer onboarding and adoption.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous HealthTech, Digital Health, healthcare IT or NHS experience would be highly desirable.
• Experience involving APIs, integrations, clinical systems, EPRs, interoperability or healthcare data would also be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple customer implementations from kick-off through to go-live.
• Build and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Understand existing customer workflows and identify how the platform should be configured around them.
• Coordinate internal Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.
• Manage data, integration and configuration requirements.
• Deliver customer training and support operational readiness.
• Identify implementation risks early and put appropriate mitigation plans in place.
• Manage senior stakeholders across healthcare organisations.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and customers are prepared for launch.
• Monitor early adoption following go-live.
• Capture customer feedback and feed recurring themes into Product.
• Continuously improve implementation processes as the company scales.

The Opportunity

We are working with a rapidly growing HealthTech company that provides software to healthcare organisations across the UK.

As customer numbers continue to grow, they are looking for an Implementation Manager to take ownership of new customer deployments and ensure organisations successfully move from contract signature through to go-live and adoption.

You will become the bridge between the customer and internal Product, Technical, Customer Success and Commercial teams. This is not simply project administration. You will be responsible for making sure complex healthcare organisations successfully implement and adopt the platform.
