Job summary

Heidi is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery and guide integrations for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to shape architecture, deliver compelling demos, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.

Role emphasizes credibility with IT, InfoSec and engineering teams, and thrives in fast-paced, early-stage healthcare SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, SaaS, healthcare or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SAML/OIDC and SCIM.
• Experience with EMR integrations and healthcare data standards is valued.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects to uncover integration, security, and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design tailored solutions aligning with Heidi’s roadmap.
• Deliver demos and architecture walkthroughs to IT, InfoSec and engineering teams.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests.
• Surface and resolve technical concerns to accelerate deals; act as technical advisor.
• Partner with implementation post-signature for smooth handoffs and feedback.
