Job summary

Mayden, a Bath-based health tech company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end delivery, onboarding, and ongoing value for customers. You will work across the Professional Services team to configure systems, resolve blockers and ensure successful go-lives.

Key strengths include health-tech onboarding experience, autonomous problem solving, and strong communication. The role supports hybrid working from Bath offices with a focus on client success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Health & Care Tech Experience in customer-facing onboarding software.
• Autonomous self-starter delivering outcomes for customers.
• Collaborative work across Professional Services and other teams.
• Outstanding communication, translating technical concepts clearly.
• Structured management of project lifecycles, risks and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scoping, configuration and deployment to tailor solutions for customers.
• Be primary onboarding contact, troubleshoot configurations and remove roadblocks.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to align solutions with commercial goals.
• Create clear handover docs and deliver tailored onboarding post go-live.
• Channel customer feedback to Product teams to improve deployments.
