Heidi seeks a Clinical Associate to sit in Customer Success, embedding Heidi into daily clinical practice with precision and minimal friction. You will travel to customer sites for rollouts, deliver training, and support enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Early-career or recently practicing clinical professionals.
• Interest in healthtech, AI, and improving clinical workflows.
• Clear and practical communication of clinical concepts.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple onboarding tasks.
• Comfort with learning new tools in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding across customers, partnering with success managers.
• Deliver training sessions for clinicians and staff, live and asynchronous.
• Assist go-lives and early usage, resolving documentation blockers.
• Translate clinical workflows into Heidi usage best practices.
• Maintain scalable guidance and templates to enable self-serve support.
