Heim is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead the NHS and social care deployments in the UK. You will own contracts from pilot through adoption, expansion, and renewal, and ensure value delivery across large networks of nurses and sites.

You will drive growth, build relationships from frontline staff to the COO, and translate impact into commissioning cases while coordinating with commercial and clinical teams.

• Coach teams and ensure sustained engagement.
