Job summary

Profitero+ is hiring in the UK for an experienced account manager to drive growth and retention of enterprise clients. You will lead account planning, coordinate with Marketing and Strategy & Insights, and ensure ROI from the Profitero+ service.

You will collaborate with Publicis Groupe leadership to align initiatives, manage a portfolio of accounts, and upsell where appropriate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in Winnersh Triangle, Reading, UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant account management experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening.
• Must speak and write fluently in English.
• Experience in FMCG and/or tech sectors.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Attention to detail and solid interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-driven and motivated to exceed sales and marketing targets.

Responsibilities

• Growth and retention of clients from your portfolio and related accounts.
• Lead account planning, strategy and growth initiatives.
• Own team KPI adoption and Profitero+ customer experience processes.
• Ensure ROI for enterprise clients and drive renewals.
• Lead a team responsible for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Develop expertise in Profitero+ offerings and related technologies.
