Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking an Account Manager to grow our branded Enterprise client base. You will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of FMCG brands, working closely with the Account Director to expand relationships and upsell Profitero+'s SaaS solutions.

Based in the UK and operating in a hybrid role from Winnersh Triangle, Reading, this position requires 2+ years in account management, a client-focused, commercial mindset, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

2+ years of account management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
Experience with FMCG brands or ecommerce is advantageous.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of branded accounts and act as primary contact.
Drive ROI and renewals for Profitero+ service.
Upsell new features and manage commercial relationships.
Develop expertise on Profitero+ offerings and competitive landscape.
Coordinate product demos, training, and meetings with clients.
