Profitero+ is seeking an Account Manager to grow our branded Enterprise customer base in a hybrid UK role. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of FMCG brands, working closely with your Account Director across this portfolio.

As the face of Profitero+, you will build strong relationships, develop product expertise, and drive adoption of our analytics solutions across client organisations. The role requires 2+ years in account management and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Preference for a business/marketing degree.
• 2+ years of account management experience in SaaS.
• Experience in digital commerce/eCommerce.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with sales/marketing focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ROI for a client portfolio and renewals to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain commercial relationships across a portfolio and upsell features where appropriate.
• Serve as the primary contact for branded accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop expertise in Profitero+ offerings and competitive landscape.
• Drive usage of Profitero+ services across client organizations and regions.
• Arrange product demos, training and meetings to showcase benefits.
