Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking an Account Director based in Reading to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will own relationships, drive retention and growth, and mentor a team of Account Managers.

The role requires a proven track record in senior account management within FMCG or tech, with strong stakeholder collaboration and a consultative sales approach. You will work from our Reading office in a hybrid setup, building ROI-focused strategies and ensuring renewals through client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior account management experience in FMCG or tech sectors.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain clients within your portfolio.
• Lead account planning, strategy and growth.
• Oversee a team KPI, adoption of customer experience processes.
• Ensure ROI and renewals through client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
• Build relationships across client organizations and identify upsell opportunities.
