Job summary

HUMAN Security is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer to lead complex customer integrations across EMEA. You will partner with internal teams to implement, validate, and optimize deployments while balancing security objectives and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes solving technical problems, translating requirements into practical plans, and delivering scalable integration processes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as CSE, Solutions Architecture, TAM, or Sales Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software, security, or infrastructure integrations.
• Strong understanding of web apps, APIs, SDKs, HTTP, JSON, and integration patterns.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of complex enterprise integrations, including planning, validation, and launch readiness.
• Lead customer-facing technical meetings, reviews, and issue-resolution calls.
• Translate architectures and security objectives into clear integration plans and requirements.
• Guide customers through API/SDK/server-side/client-side implementation activities.
• Run health checks, validation, and ongoing optimization; escalate complex needs to the tuning team.
• Investigate issues using logs, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Maintain Jira records with scope, context, validation results, and owners.
• Provide health summaries and technical recommendations to customers and TAMs.
• Coordinate escalations with Engineering, Product, Operations, Detection, and Research teams.
