Job summary

HUMAN Security in Greater London is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer to lead complex enterprise integrations across EMEA from planning through deployment and optimization. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate requirements into actionable plans and drive successful outcomes for large-scale customers.

You will guide API/SDK and server-side integrations, perform health checks, and establish clear success criteria.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as CS engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software integrations, security, or fraud-related projects.
• Strong understanding of web apps, APIs, SDKs, HTTP, JSON, and integration patterns.
• Ability to analyze problems and drive cross-team resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of complex enterprise integrations from planning to launch readiness.
• Lead customer-facing technical meetings and integration reviews.
• Translate architecture, use cases, and security objectives into clear integration plans and tuning activities.
• Guide customers through API, SDK, server-side, client-side, and console-based implementations as appropriate.
• Run health checks, validation, and ongoing optimization; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain Jira records with scope, context, validation, and owners.
