Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager for UK-PS Enterprise Support. You will act as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers, crafting strategies to drive adoption and optimize use of AWS services.

You will partner with AWS teams to provide architecture guidance, support planning, and ongoing operational health. The role involves mentoring and expanding your AWS product knowledge while delivering outcomes for large customers

Qualifications

Experience in technical engineering and hands-on troubleshooting.
Ability to manage operational parameters and resolve incidents across distributed systems.
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architectures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build solutions and provide technical guidance to AWS Enterprise customers.
Keep customer AWS environments healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusting relationships by understanding business and technical needs.
Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with customers.
Consult with partners from developers to executives to align on outcomes.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales Account Managers.
Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to uplift customer capabilities.
