Job summary

Aws Emea Sarl (Uk Branch) seeks a Technical Account Manager to advise on AWS service adoption across compute, storage, databases, and more. You will translate business needs into architectural guidance and drive operational excellence with customers.

As the TAM, you’ll collaborate with AWS teams, lead discussions during incidents, and help customers optimize their cloud workloads while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and security.
• Experience in technical engineering.
• Ability to lead customer-focused technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational health of AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value from AWS.
• Provide detailed reviews of service events and metrics.
• Assist customers migrating workloads to the cloud.
