AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the principal technical advisor for diverse customers. You will guide strategy, incidents, risk management and value realization across AWS services, working with executives and technical teams.

In this role you will develop trusted relationships, drive technical discussions, and collaborate with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to help customers optimize workloads and migrate to the cloud.

Formación

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across cloud services (compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps).
• Background in technical engineering or equivalent engineering role.

Responsabilidades

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management with customers and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers and Sales Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities to gain additional value for customers and proactively address needs.
