Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for AWS customers in the enterprise and public sector. You will guide strategic adoption of AWS services, advise on incidents and trade-offs, and work with customers to optimise architecture, security, and operational health across compute, storage, and databases.

You will travel up to 10% or more, building strong relationships with executives and engineering teams, and

Qualifications

Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
Experience in technical engineering.

Responsabilités

Advise on solutions and provide technical guidance to advocate for the customer.
Maintain environments operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with stakeholders.
Collaborate with AWS teams and partners to deliver value and successful outcomes.
Identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS and proactively engage.
