Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a BDR/ SDR role within a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and starting commercial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across UK enterprise accounts.
• Engage senior stakeholders including CHROs, CFOs and Chief Transformation Officers.
• Proactively build pipeline through cold outreach and marketing-generated leads.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the wider enterprise sales team.
• Develop a strong understanding of HR, payroll and workforce management solutions.
• Work towards team and individual targets with a focus on meeting generation and pipeline contributions.
