The Legal Team primarily works remotely with one office day per week, subject to business needs. We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join our busy Legal Team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal and provide legal advice and support to the business at all levels and across a broad range of sectors. The Legal Team's objective is to be a trusted advisor to the business. We are looking for a professional who values teamwork and can offer strong legal advice in a pragmatic and timely way, taking into account the commercial considerations of Frazer-Nash (a KBR company). The Legal Team advises on projects spanning a range of sectors including Defence and Energy. The role of Legal Counsel involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will also be involved in advisory work, the preparation of precedent documents and providing legal support for internal projects. We are particularly interested in candidates who have extensive experience advising on legal matters in the energy sector and/or experience of advising on intellectual property matters. Experience of working as part of an in‑house team would also be beneficial.
