Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in UK Enterprise accounts. You will be the face of Kong for prospects, selling the Kong Enterprise Platform and managing the full sales cycle.

You bring 5+ years in enterprise software sales, open source and APIs experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software.
• Open source, APIs, and infrastructure software experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and drive deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers.
• Meet individual quota and objectives.
• Own your book of business; document buying criteria and close deals.
• Provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes.
• Travel to customer sites as required (30%–50%).
• Perform additional tasks as needed by management.
