A leading UK insurance company is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to support its transformation efforts. This role involves coaching senior leaders, designing systems interventions, and promoting continuous improvement within the organization. The position offers flexibility with work primarily based in Leeds but includes travel to other sites. Candidates should have proven systems thinking expertise and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
DLG is evolving. Across every part of our business, teams are embracing new opportunities and putting customers at the heart of everything they do. Whether you're already part of DLG or thinking about joining us, you'll have the chance not only to be recognised for your skills, but also to build on them and be empowered to do your very best.
At Direct Line, we know our customers expect simple, brilliant experiences, and to get there we need to keep challenging how we work. That means thinking bigger than frameworks or ceremonies – and going right to the heart of how our organisation learns, adapts, and delivers value.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach who can bring deep systems thinking expertise alongside agile transformation know-how, to help us shift at scale. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract – with 2 main lenses:
You’ll join our Agile Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the Delivery and Transformation function, reporting into our Head of Agile CoE - alongside two Chapter Leads and fellow Enterprise Coaches. As we evolve, so will the role – and we’d love you to help shape what comes next. This is a role with real scope to shape how DLG thinks and works – with direct impact to our millions of customers. You’ll be coaching and working with senior leaders and execs, influencing how we make decisions and be empowered to experiment, learn, and lead change that sticks.
Here at Direct Line Group, we recognise the importance of flexibility, not only in our personal lives but also in the way we work. Our mixed model way of working offers a ‘best of both worlds’ approach combining the best parts of home and office-working.
This role will be based out of our Leeds office - c. 2-3 days per week. Some travel to other sites (eg London) will be required.
We recognise we wouldn't be where we are today without our colleagues, that's why we offer excellent benefits designed to suit your lifestyle:
We want everyone to get the most out of their time at DLG. Which is why we’ve looked beyond the financial rewards and created an offer that takes your whole life into account. Supporting our people to work at their best – whatever that looks like — and offering real choice, flexibility, and a greater work-life balance that means our people have time to focus on the things that matter most to them. Our benefits are about more than just the money you earn. They’re about recognising who you are and the life you live.
Direct Line Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we think diversity of background and thinking is a big strength in our people. We're delighted to feature as one of the UK's Top 50 Inclusive Employers and are committed to making our business an inclusive place to work, where everyone can be themselves and succeed in their careers.
We know you're more than a CV, and the things that make you, you, are what bring potential to our business. We recognise and embrace people that work in different ways so if you need any adjustments to our recruitment process, please speak to the recruitment team who will be happy to support you.
