Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with quota‑carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software to Startups or Digital Native organizations, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
  • Experience prospecting and building new customer relationships, with excitement for building Greenfield territories.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
  • Experience working with customer engineers and customers technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Google Cloud Platform solutions through strategic proposals, references, and analyst data.
  • Work with Google Cloud Account teams to develop and drive pipelines and provide guidance.
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform partners to develop campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during bid submission, pilot test, legal reviews, and procurement. Keep records and provide quarterly projections.
  • Leverage Google sales engineering and marketing resources, and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.
