Enterprise Account Director - Public Sector / Government

The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, primarily in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization's key enterprise customer accounts, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

With a focus on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development. It presents an exciting opportunity to join during a growth phase driven by investor backing.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance).
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity.
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects.

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role).
• Ability to acquire new logo customer business (approximately 25% of the role).
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment.
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR.
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects.
