We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established security services business operates in various sectors, both directly and through a significant channel, mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role involves managing key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

The role combines enterprise services and products centered around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, split between managing existing enterprise accounts and 25% new business development. It offers an exciting opportunity to join during a growth phase driven by investor backing.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services (e.g., AD, FIM, MIM) for transformation projects

Background...

• Account Management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new logo customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack — Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
