We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This well-respected security services business operates mainly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role aims to manage key enterprise customers and develop new business, supporting their growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (~75% of role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (~25% of role)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack - Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing and new enterprise customers
