We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates in various sectors, primarily in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This role is to manage the organization's key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

The role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development, focusing on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem. This is an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to win new logo customer business (approximately 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with both existing enterprise customers and new prospects
