Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care environment, preferably within adult social care.
• Good standard of general education including basic literacy and numeracy.
• Full driving licence for manual vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and feeding.
• Respond to falls and telecare alerts.
• Liaise with team members and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
