Prospero Teaching are working closely with a Good Ofsted rated Mixed secondary school located in Basingstoke, Hampshire, who are looking for an English Teacher to join them on a maternity contract.

The school have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional and inspiring Teacher of English to join a well-established and high achieving department in a School where students are well behaved. CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Basingstoke, Hampshire

Minimum rate of pay - Paid to scale
Hours - 8:30 am - 3.30pm, plus parents evenings and department meetings.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS or equivalent
Minimum 1 year English teaching experience in the UK
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
