Job summary

Via is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering to shape the future by identifying and championing engineers who will drive our next phase of growth. You will partner with engineering and product leaders across the world to define what great looks like and ensure we hire at pace.

You will own hiring strategy for engineering teams, build candidate pipelines in London and Europe, and design rigorous processes that deliver great experiences for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical recruiting role sourcing software engineers.
• Understand software development lifecycle; speak engineering language credibly.
• Curious, proactive, with strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring strategy for engineering teams focusing on London and Europe.
• Partner with engineering managers to define profiles and rigorous hiring processes.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines from London's engineering community.
• Run fast, thoughtful interview processes that deliver a great candidate experience.
• Develop a market view on tech talent and raise the bar for hiring standards.
