You will own a proactive engagement strategy across a hard-to-reach talent pool, mapping the market deeply and building relationships through creative outreach with candidates worldwide.

Internally, you will partner closely with Engineers & Hiring Managers to understand needs and utilise networks, contributing to a world-class talent pool and engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting hard-to-reach engineering talent.
• Proven networking and business development experience.
• Competent in market mapping and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build an extensive multi-year pipeline of engineering talent.
• Lead creative sourcing initiatives to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Network to develop relationships and referrals within the engineering community.
• Partner with leadership to define what game-changing talent looks like.
