Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company in London seeks a London-based Talent Acquisition Lead to build teams across the US, Europe, and APAC, working with the COO and regional leaders. You will own employer branding and run recruitment marketing while collaborating with global partners to drive hiring outcomes.

You will lead first interviews, assess fit and manage stakeholders across regions, with opportunities for international travel and learning from diverse markets and cultures.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and hiring recruiters, ideally in an internal TA role at a recruitment business.
• Experience within markets such as engineering, cleantech or finance recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing and outreach skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Confidence with AI tools, recruitment marketing and talent databases.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and a results-focused approach to hiring.
• Clear judgement on what makes a successful recruitment consultant.

Responsibilities

• Define vacancies and hiring plans across the US, Europe and APAC in collaboration with the COO and regional leaders.
• Identify and approach recruiters through direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
• Partner with US colleges on graduate attraction and selection, including Orlando pipeline.
• Support senior hiring through market mapping, research, discreet outreach and structured selection.
• Own employer branding and recruitment marketing across channels, campaigns and events.
• Run first interviews and assess candidates’ commercial ability, motivation, values and potential.
• Manage candidates and hiring managers through interviews, feedback and offers.
• Build pipelines for recurring and future needs across regions.
• Use AI tools, marketing insight, and the internal TA database to improve research and outreach.
• Keep hiring records, pipeline stages, and next steps up to date.
• Review progress with regional managers and hold weekly hiring meetings with New York.
