Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior engineering roles across international locations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive engineering recruitment strategy.
• Partner with senior engineering stakeholders to define capability gaps and hiring plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines to reduce reactive hiring.
