Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience recruiting hard to reach, top engineering talent.
• Proven networking/business development experience.
• Competent in market mapping and execution.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, the TA team and internal stakeholders.
• Driven to succeed in a high performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build an extensive multi-year pipeline of software engineering talent.
• Lead creative sourcing initiatives to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Network to develop relationships and a strong candidate pool.
• Partner with leadership to define desirable talent and champion exceptional candidates.
• Drive external and internal referrals to strengthen the pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with technologists and provide recruitment feedback loops.
• Understand candidate ambitions to inform closing strategy.
• Share market insights to support marketing and engineering branding.
