Preply is expanding its Engineering hiring and seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech to lead a high-performance TA team. You will own end-to-end engineering recruiting, translate workforce plans into hiring priorities, and partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies that scale with the business.

You will directly manage TA Partners, drive complex searches, and raise hiring standards across hubs in Barcelona, London, and Kyiv, ensuring speed, quality and impact.

• Expert-level engineering recruiting craft.
• Strong in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience turning workforce plans into hiring strategies.
• Track record of improving hiring systems at scale.
• Experience leading calibration and quality across a large interviewer group.
• Proven people management experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong influence and communication skills.
• Team-first, low-ego approach.
• Fluency in English and readiness to work from Barcelona, London, or Kyiv.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Engineering hiring engine end to end: understand and translate workforce plans into hiring priorities and strategies.
• Directly manage a team of TA Partners with performance management and coaching.
• Drive hiring outcomes across engineering hubs; own complex searches.
• Build and optimize hiring processes to improve speed and quality.
• Track progress with data: funnel metrics, pipeline quality, pass-through rates, time in stage.
• Lead calibration sessions to raise interviewing standards across teams.
• Flag risks early and propose clear recommendations; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Lead top-of-funnel strategy for engineering in partnership with Marketing/Employer Brand.
• Raise the hiring bar by refining candidate profiles and evaluation scorecards.
• Elevate TA craft through data literacy and business understanding.
