Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industry.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge.

Overview

Engineering Supervisor - Food Manufacturing. Panama Shift (3s and 2s) days and nights. Engineering Supervisor - Food Manufacturing. I'm recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing business that's looking to hire an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering activity during shift and keep the plant running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Engineers during your shift
• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activity
• Ensure minimal downtime and support production targets
• Drive a proactive maintenance culture as an Engineering Supervisor
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects
• Maintain site compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
• Act as the senior engineering contact on shift, escalating issues when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industry
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge
• Confident managing teams and leading from the front
• Flexible to work rotating shifts or nights, depending on site structure
