We're Looking for an Engineering Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Stroud. Roles/Responsibilities

• ✅ Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering
• ✅ Overseeing team of 2 engineers
• ✅ Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities,
• ✅ Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work

What We're Looking For

• ✅ Multi Skilled Engineering background
• ✅ Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
• ✅ Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
