• 4+ years of experience managing a team.
• 8+ years experience in software engineering or data science.
• Experience working with large Python codebases.
• Experience working with cloud computing platforms.
• Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge.

• Great leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend and data engineers.
• Own the full technical scope of your team's products.
• Contribute hands-on to scalable backend systems.
• Build new features in backend systems for routing and transport data.
• Strengthen analytics capabilities by managing user data flow.
• Define and uphold technical standards for architecture and quality.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by monitoring data quality.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and product managers.
• Lead key projects, including new product initiatives.
