A leading global engineering firm is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Warrington site with a focus on leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex engineering projects. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering, proven leadership skills, and experience in project delivery. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary. You’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary engineering team to deliver technical solutions across complex projects from concept design through to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet budget and performance targets, while acting as a Technical or Design Authority to provide assurance across a range of assets.
Day‑to‑day, you will
This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Warrington, Cheshire, with at least three days onsite per week.
