A leading engineering training provider is seeking an Engineering Lecturer to inspire and mentor students across various engineering subjects. This role involves delivering practical sessions and supporting apprentices in their learning journey. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in engineering and strong communication skills. Teaching experience is not mandatory as support for qualifications will be provided. A driving licence is essential for travel between sites in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. This position offers competitive salary and extensive benefits.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering training provider who seeks an Engineering Lecturer to inspire and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Salary: £40,990-£43,402 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:15, Friday 08:00-16:00
Annual Leave: 42 days (including bank holidays)

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver hands‑on Level 3, 4, and 5 engineering apprenticeships and upskilling programmes across multiple sites. You will:
Teaching experience is not required. Candidates without a teaching qualification will be expected to complete a CertEd or PGCE, which will be funded and supported by the organisation, but completed in your own time.
