Overview

Livingston Precision Engineering (LPE) wants to add an estimator into their engineering department. The vacancy will suit an individual with a technical background in sheet-metal manufacturing processes. LPE has an unrivalled scale in the sub-contract manufacturing market, with a number of blue chip customers. The opportunity will give the right person a foundation that will allow them to grow within our management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimations and support for sheet-metal manufacturing projects.
• Communicate effectively with other departments within the factory, as well as with the Deans Engineering and FST groups, customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to business-based activities that support operational and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Technical background in sheet-metal manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
