Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Engineering Stores Administrator to support their criticality project. You will be responsible for completing spare parts criticality assessments, uploading documentation, and using SAP to manage part records. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. This hybrid position allows for remote work up to three days a week. Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP MM02 and be comfortable with data management tasks.

Engineering Stores Administrator

Location: Hybrid (Up to 3 days remote per week)
Contract: 6 Months
Department: Engineering
Hourly rate £15ph

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Engineering Stores Administrator to support our Engineering Stores Parts Criticality project. In this role, you will be responsible for completing spare parts criticality assessments, scanning them into our system, and attaching documentation to the relevant part records using the SAP MM02 transaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete spare parts criticality assessments with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Scan and upload documentation into the system.
  • Attach assessments to the correct part records using SAP (MM02).
  • Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Stores team to ensure data accuracy and project progress.
What We're Looking For

Working Arrangements

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely up to three days per week, depending on task requirements.
