Powered Access Engineer – Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 17:00 – 45 Hours Per Week

Job Overview

Everything for every job! As a Powered Access Engineer you will be responsible for the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of our powered access equipment based at our customers’ sites. We offer our customers the highest level of care, therefore this role will involve attending emergency breakdown calls as well as scheduled service maintenance. You will ensure that our customers are using safe and reliable equipment so that they can count on us to deliver customer excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Attend emergency breakdown calls and scheduled service maintenance.
  • Service, refurbish, repair, and maintain powered access equipment at customer sites.
  • Ensure safe and reliable equipment operation to deliver customer excellence.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • CAP registration is ideal.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Previous experience with powered access equipment such as Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie and JLG is an advantage.
  • Experience estimating repairs with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Able to read electrical/hydraulic drawings and understand both systems.
  • Previous engineering experience within powered access.
  • Able to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy.
