Salary: £27,000- £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5, NO WEEKENDS or bank holidays

Responsibilities
  • Your remit will be to Deal with customers who have an issue with the Fork lift truck they have purchased / Hired
  • Support the after sales function and the various staff members in the department such as workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department.
  • Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.
  • Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
Requirements
  • Looking for a candidate who will be good generating reports, scheduling, great customer service
  • Must have Autoline / Kerridge experience
  • Professional and presentable individual
  • Full UK Driving licence
