Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters (formerly Providor) in Newmarket is seeking a Dispatch Co-ordinator to coordinate and manage the schedule and movement of Engineers to ensure efficient and timely service meeting SLAs.

You will plan and dispatch engineers to meet customer requests, keep stakeholders updated, track locations, and manage delays while complying with safety and company policies. A high school diploma is required, with bonus for logistics qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch Engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues.
• Track the status and location of Engineers, to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Address and manage emergency and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
